The VED Diagnostic is a five-to-eight minute self-assessment that surfaces which of three structural conditions is most constraining your organization right now: a Vision gap, an Execution gap, or a Diagnostic capacity gap.
It is not a personality quiz. It is a structural diagnostic — built on the same research-backed VED framework that underlies every engagement at The Strear Group.
Complete it and you will receive:
— Your primary deficiency domain
— Four scored indices showing where the structural friction is concentrated
— Three prioritized recommendations for where to focus first
— A personalized follow-up in Jay's voice, written from your specific profile
Step 2 · The 30-Minute Consultation
The 30-minute consultation is a free conversation — not a sales call, not a pitch.
It covers three things: what is actually happening in your organization, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping becomes possible. If you have completed the VED Diagnostic, Jay will have reviewed your results before the call. You will not spend the first ten minutes explaining your situation. You will begin where the diagnostic left off.
At the end of it, one of three things happens: it is clearly the right fit and we talk about next steps, it is clearly not the right fit and Jay will tell you that directly, or we need one more conversation before either of us knows.
There is no pressure in that conversation. There is only honesty.
You do not need to complete the diagnostic before booking the consultation. Both are free. Both are useful. If you have time for only one — start with whichever feels right.
