# The first conversation is about fit — for both of us.

It’s not a sales call. It’s not a discovery call. It’s the beginning of an honest conversation about whether this is the right engagement for this leader at this moment.

That conversation usually takes about thirty minutes. It covers what’s actually happening in your organization, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping becomes possible.

At the end of it, one of three things happens: it’s clearly the right fit and we talk about next steps. It’s clearly not the right fit and I tell you that directly. Or we need one more conversation before either of us knows.

There is no pressure in that conversation. There is only honesty.

If it’s a fit, the first engagement is typically a full-day Dynamic Strategic Planning session to build a clear structure of accountability and set your team’s first 60 days of priorities — the one-page strategic plan follows once that rhythm is running — followed by a quarterly rhythm of sessions to keep the system running. You’ll know the shape of the engagement, the session fee, and the timeline before you commit to anything.
